Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). However, If you change your mind, you must email us that you wish to cancel within seven working days from the receipt of your order quoting the original order number & to advise the nature of the return.

Your Right to Cancel

  • We aim to contact you back within 48 hours.
  • We would ask that you return(1) the item(s) to us (at your own expense(2)
  • Returns must be sent back in an unused, undamaged saleable condition with all original packaging/labels etc intact.
  • We will then make a full refund of the total cost of your order (including the cost of delivery but excluding the return postage costs) within 10 days of receipt of the item(s).
  • Please contact us before returning any goods.

 

Received A Faulty Item(s)?

Should you receive a faulty item, please email us as soon as possible (must be within 72 hours of recepit of the order) quoting your order number & to advise the nature of the return.

  • We aim to contact you back within 48 hours.
  • We would ask that you return(1) the item(s) to us (at your own expense(2))
  • We will then arrange with you either a replacement OR refund of the item(s)
    • In cases where a replacement is requested, original postage costs (if applicable) will NOT be refunded, however, additional postage will not be charged to send out replacement item(s).
    • Or
    • In cases where a refund is requested then the original postage (if applicable(3)) will be refunded along with the returns(2) postage paid by You.
  • All refunds, returns and/or replacements will be dealt with within 10 days of us receiving the item(s) back to Us, unless otherwise advised.
  • Please contact us before returning any goods.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

1 When you return goods to us, please request (and retain) a Certificate of Posting from the Royal Mail at the Post Office when returning the item(s). Without this, we cannot be held responsible for items lost during the returns process and therefore we may be unable to issue any refund.

2 Any returns costs are to be covered by You (The Buyer) unless items solely purchased are faulty. In which case, proof of posting and amount paid should be sent in an email to Freya Grace Boutique.

3 If additional items were purchased at the same time, then postage costs would not be refunded.
