If you are not 100% happy with your order, then you can return* it to us within 7 working days of receipt. (with the exception of earrings - due to hygiene reasons these are exempt from our returns policy unless faulty)
In the first instance, please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number & to advise the nature of the return.
Once we have checked the item is in it's original, unused, undamaged condition (including any original packaging) then we will process a full refund (excluding any original postage costs).
*Return postage costs to Freya Grace Boutique are to be covered by You (the buyer) unless damaged (see Damaged items section for details)
In the event of receiving a faulty/damaged product please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We also require proof (photographic) of damage.
Please send your order number, details of damage and photographic proof to [email protected] so that we can raise this with our postal service provider.
In this instance, returns would be covered by Freya Grace Boutique and a full refund (including original postage costs, unless an exchange is requested-see below for details) and will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the faulty/damaged item.
In the event of an exchange requested for damaged goods, the original postage will NOT be refunded, however, no further postage will have to be paid by You the buyer.
Where an exchange is requested, then any postage costs will incur additional charges to be covered by You (the buyer).
Return postage costs are also to be covered by You (the buyer).
